I spent hours trying to fix and then reset the computer, installed all my programs again and noticed the issue started once X4 was installed so I had to reset the PC again! It obviously messes up something in windows 10.
My issue was with a legitimate version of CorelDraw Graphics Suite X4 (not cracked)- so it has nothing to do with a "cracked" version. And of course, there should have been a better policy as far as updates are concerned.Perro, fyi - I had the same problem with a brand new computer with Windows 10.
On the other hand, even a cracked version shouldn't upset the OS that bad. To be fair with the o.s., I suspect that the issue was caused by a "cracked" version of Corel Draw x3, which seemed to run ok on Windows 7, but which caused this problem to Windows 10.
